Expectations
You NEED to be coachable! 100% of the recommendations I will make are based off of what you express to me.
My foundation of coaching is
1- HEALTH 2- SUSTAINABLE 3- GOALS
with the Pilars of
1- NUTRITION 2- MOVEMENT & EXERCISE 3- IDENTIFY & FILL GAPS.
I will do all things necessary to educate, provide and guide, but I CANNOT do the work for you. It is important to understand that your willingness and ability to follow the plan is what will allow the plan to be successful. With my experience as a coach I completely understand that no two individuals are the same, even members of the same household and our ability to create the right plan comes down to communication and an understanding that its not always going to be easy, comfortable or fun BUT working together anything can be achieved.
It is also up to you to utilize the services provided, from resources within the app, the Facebook group, and sending weekly assessments on time.
While there may be times that you cannot do everything, the more you do, the more value is ultimately created. I fully expect to put in as much work into you, as you are willing to put into yourself.
Much of this journey is as much about habits, mindset, perspective and discipline as much as it as about nutrition and exercise. There will be times that I will likely need to tell you things that you may not want to hear, but it is my job as a coach to give you the TRUTH. While I will certainly be willing to give you the kick in the ass you need, I will also be the biggest cheerleader and support you have.
Once again, as your coach, it is my job to provide you with the most accurate and knowledge based recommendations. The only way this is possible is for you to be 100% transparent with the information you provide me, both in this questionnaire and future check in/communications as everything I will be recommend will be based off of :
1- your overall HEALTH (I will not recommend or support things that would negatively impact your overall health)
2- your goals
3- any obstacles you incur (Can’t sleep? I will educate on ways to help fix the problem. Have a week short on time? I will make workout suggestions to maximize your available schedule. Can’t track meals for a reason? I will coach on how to make the best choices..etc)
My Mission
While I have many clients that have worked with me for a number of years, my goal is teach you how to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle and NOT need me to hold your hand unless your goals allow me to assist you down the road. I want you to be able to learn how and why we need to do certain things and help set ourselves up for both short term goals and realize that we capable of a lot more than we likely expect or believe.
Policies
My coaching is based upon LIFESTYLE and it is likely that lifestyle changes will be required for you to achieve the results you want, so therefore if you are unwilling to make the changes necessary your results will simply be the results you deserve
No refunds will be issues because of your inability to follow through and allow yourself to be coached! It is up to you to utilize the resources available to you! I cannot do the work for you!
